Aloha! I’m Sarah–
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200 Hour Certification) with over fifteen years of experience working with cross-cultural adolescents, pre-adolescents, adults, and families. My deeply rooted belief is that each person has the potential to be an active empowered participant in their journey of learning, growth, and self-discovery.
As a lifelong learner, educator, and counselor, I have always been fascinated with the mind-body connection.
My approach to psychotherapy is holistic, eclectic, and strengths based, allowing me to support and nurture clients’ mind, body, and spirit from a place of humility, non-judgment, and compassion.
How may I be of service?
With over fifteen years of experience as a school counselor, I specialize in working with adolescents, pre-adolescents, and families in Hawaii. Specifically, I work best with female adolescents and young adult women struggling with anxiety, depression, insomnia, low self-esteem, body image, self-harm, suicidal ideation, sexual assault, LGBTQ issues, and peer/family relationship challenges.
Let's start with a free 10-minute consultation to determine how I can best be of service to you.
