This is your calm place.
You have permission to take a moment to yourself.
To feel seen, heard, and valued.

Together, we will uncover and heal the patterns that have kept you stuck in stress, overwhelm, and survival mode—these tools will help you feel more grounded and regulated.

You may be functioning well
and still not feel well.

You show up. You push through. You hold a lot.

But underneath that strength, you may still feel anxious, reactive, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you cannot seem to shift.

This is for the person who is ready for more than coping.
You want results.
And you are willing to do the work to get them.

The same pattern can show up differently across seasons of life.

What you are experiencing may feel tied to this moment, but often the deeper pattern has been there longer than it seems. It may show up differently depending on the season you are in. Sarah’s work helps you recognize the deeper thread, understand what is driving it, and begin healing it with support that fits where you are now.

THE TIDES

Often beginning in the teen years, this is the early season—when emotions can feel big, fast-moving, and hard to name. Support here is about creating steadiness before the tide pulls too far out.

THE CURRENT

Often beginning in the teen years, this is the early season—when emotions can feel big, fast-moving, and hard to name. Support here is about creating steadiness before the tide pulls too far out.

THE ANCHOR

Often beginning in the teen years, this is the early season—when emotions can feel big, fast-moving, and hard to name. Support here is about creating steadiness before the tide pulls too far out.

This work goes deeper than insight alone.

The approach we will take blends evidence-based therapy with integrative, body-aware tools that help you understand what is driving the pattern—and begin healing it at the root.

That matters because many people already understand a lot about themselves.
What they need is help creating change that is not just intellectual, but felt.

The work draws from CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, emotion-focused therapy, compassion-focused therapy, experiential therapy, positive psychology, Brainspotting, neuroeducation, and elements of yoga to create a custom experience like no other.

For many clients, the difference is depth.

Sarah is known for helping clients move beyond surface-level coping by using deeper therapeutic tools, including Brainspotting, when it supports the healing process.

Brainspotting is not a separate path you have to figure out.
It is one of the tools Sarah may integrate when deeper trauma processing, nervous system work, or body-based healing is needed.

For the right client, this is one of the biggest reasons the work feels different.
It helps reach what talk alone cannot always access.

Meet Sarah

Sarah Slater Snyder is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps clients heal patterns of stress, trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and overfunctioning through a grounded, integrative approach.

By blending strong clinical foundations with deeper, more personalized approaches, she helps clients move beyond insight alone—so healing is not just something they understand, but something they can actually live.

Her work is shaped not only by professional training, but by personal understanding. As both a mother and a daughter, she brings a lived awareness of how patterns are carried, repeated, and healed across relationships and seasons of life.

As a former school counselor and administrator, she also brings deep experience supporting adolescents, families, and educational communities.
