A safe space to heal patterns of stress and trauma through emotional regulation with themselves and others.
Create the change you are ready to see in your life.
What you are experiencing may feel unique to this moment, but often the pattern is familiar and runs deep. You may observe yourself repeating the same stress responses and trauma patterns over time, or notice they have become impossible to ignore once they begin affecting how you move through your life and closest relationships. Sarah's work helps you dive deeper into your subconscious patterns to understand the roots of your emotional processes and holistically heal behavioral and relational patterns with support that fits this season of your life.
This is the early season, usually in your teen years, when emotions can feel like changing tides - rising quickly, pulling you under without warning, and shifting before there is language to fully explain them. Anxiety, self-doubt, overwhelm, or relational stress may already be present, even if it all feels confusing or hard to name. In this phase, support is about creating steadiness to flow with the tide instead of against it.
The Tides
This is the season where the patterns are no longer just felt - they are noticed at a more conscious level by the early 20s. Like an ocean current that runs underneath daily life, everything appears fine from the surface. You may appear capable, driven, and composed, while underneath you feel stretched thin, emotionally reactive, disconnected, worried about the future, or tired of carrying so much alone. This is often the point where keeping your head above water stops feeling like enough, and deeper healing begins calling you forward.
The Current
This is the season of your 30's and beyond, where your patterns have reached new depths. What once felt manageable may now feel heavier, more overwhelming, and harder to keep carrying. Like standing on the shore between the the ocean and the mountains, this phase holds both weight and perspective - you can see where the patterns are playing out, and where they may continue if nothing changes. You may feel this heaviness in your body, your daily functioning, or a close relationship that matters deeply to you. This is often where healing becomes less about getting by and more about creating real, sustainable change.
