SEL & Educational Consulting

Consulting for schools, educators, parents, and organizations seeking support in social-emotional learning, stress management, emotional regulation, and creating communities of care.

As a former high school counselor and administrator at Punahou School, Sarah provides mental health consulting and facilitates SEL trainings and workshops for students, faculty, school counselors, administrators, and parents.

These trainings integrate somatic and cognitive tools for stress management, emotional regulation, and creating safer, healthier school communities.

This service is for those looking for strategic guidance, practical tools, and expert support in educational settings.
