Therapy Intensives

Sarah’s approach is holistic, eclectic, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. Her work supports the mind, body, and spirit holistically from a place of humility, compassion, and non-judgment.

She also integrates humor, mindfulness, neuroeducation, and elements of yoga as therapeutic tools—helping clients build greater self-awareness, trust, confidence, and emotional regulation.

This work is especially helpful for the person who is ready for creating meaningful, sustainable change that is not just cognitively understood, but felt and embodied.

  • Therapy Intensives are extended therapy sessions designed for deeper work in a shorter amount of time.

    Instead of one hour a week, this format allows you to set aside a half day, full day, weekend, or multiple days for focused support.

  • Intensives create more space to process, reflect, and move through the work without stopping right when things start to open up.

    This format is designed to help create stronger momentum than the traditional weekly model.

  • A good fit for clients who want deeper support, more focused time, and more rapid healing results.

    Available for adolescents, young adults, and adults.
